They last approximately 1 hour but it is advisable to allow for 2 hours as you may need time to rest afterwards or to accommodate any extra time required for your session.

These sessions involve accessing the guidance and healing of your Soul Team (Guides) and mine. We all have our own Soul team and I act as a bridge between the two. Each session is bespoke or individually tailored to your needs.

 Once a session is booked with me, I will arrange to forward a Zoom link to you or ask you for your mobile phone number to allow for connection if using WhatsApp. 

Please be comfortably seated where you will not be disturbed. It is best to have a drink of water to hand and something to keep you warm. 

Payment is due on booking, prior to the sessions taking place.
