Once a session is booked with me, I will arrange to forward a Zoom link to you or ask you for your mobile phone number to allow for connection if using WhatsApp.
Please be comfortably seated where you will not be disturbed. It is best to have a drink of water to hand and something to keep you warm.
Please allow for 2 hours when you book your session. Each healing may not last the full 2 hours, but it is advisable to have some time free afterwards to rest.
