In 1993 I qualified as a Physiotherapist & went on to work within the National Health Service for over 20 years. Over the years I have qualified in several different therapies such as Aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy, Usui and Angelic Reiki as well as becoming a Shamanic Practitioner. 

It was a huge relief for me to be able to work as a Physiotherapist, as prior to that, I had really struggled with my confidence and sense of worth. My "uniform" bolstered my self esteem and I felt as though I "was somebody"! However, many years later, having experienced many challenges both personally and professionally, the Universe decided it was time for me to find out who I really was without the identity I had so tightly attached to and relied upon as a therapist and someone who "helped others"!

Going through several episodes of Dark Night of the Soul , all the labels I identified as and felt gave me a sense of worth, were stripped away, leaving me with what I felt was "nothing"! It was time for me to start again! It was time for me to go within and take a really good look at myself, my thoughts, beliefs and actions. What a complete mess it turned out to be, but I had to deal with it  in order to re-member who I really was and reconstruct my sense of self, minus all the Accreditations.

I explored my inner child and wounding, my shadow and my light.

I learned how fear affected me and my relationships.
I became aware of the behaviors I adopted in response to my fears and wounding.

It took a long time, but eventually I got to a place of truly seeing me and being able to love me, warts and all!
I am still very Human! My path of awakening has been extremely challenging and has thrust me onto a journey of self discovery and mastery...one which never ends, but helps me to see from a higher perspective and through the eyes of love!

During this transformational process, I learned I could channel guidance and healing from my guides in spirit. Combining this with all the experience and knowledge I have gained throughout my awakening, I now use this to help other Women on their own journey of self discovery, to heal their wounds, release their trauma and  empower them so they can experience greater self worth and esteem, love and value who they truly are!
