Hello!

My name is Helen & I help Women heal  past wounds & release trauma so they can truly know, love & be their authentic selves!

In essence, we are all beings of energy in human form.  We are meant to live, or operate from a place of love, not fear. However, for centuries, exactly the opposite has happened. 

Many of us still carry the energetic remnants of times in our lives when we experienced people or events that caused us pain and suffering, leaving us carrying wounds or trauma.

For those of us who are highly sensitive, we might carry more of those wounds and trauma than most, whether that be from the time we spent in utero, during our childhoods or throughout any time in our present lives. Not only that, events from past lives and traumas handed down through the generations, can still be impacting us now.

When we hold trauma, (often done so subconsciously) our  energetic vibration lowers and we can experience low mood, nervousness & anxiety as well as lacking lacking in confidence, self worth and self esteem. In addition, with prolonged episodes of stress, our energies can become depleted, leading to not just emotional, but physical pain too.

Trauma can cause our nervous systems to become dysregulated, making us hyper vigilant,  operating from a place of fight, flight or even freeze mode. In such cases we can become easily ungrounded, resulting in, for example,  clumsiness, being accident prone, forgetfulness or feeling "scatty". Even a cluttered home can be a sign of past trauma! 

HOW I HELP

As a natural healer , trance healer and channeler, I enter an altered state of consciousness. 

This enables me to connect with my Guides, Soul team & Higher Self, as well as those of my client. I act as a bridge between the two.

Spirit knows what is required for each client I work with. An intention can be set between myself and my client as to what help is required, but ultimately, Spirit knows best as to what each client truly needs. I connect with the Angels, Ascended Masters and the Galactics. I also connect with Mother Earth and the Fae. On occasions, I have also been known to channeled the words of loved ones who have passed over.

I am naturally clairaudient and so verbally channel messages of love, healing and light as well as channel movements that clear troublesome and stagnant energies within you. This enables you to realign with your true essence, allowing your  vibration to rise and for you to re connect with your heart.

I also bring a level of support whilst you might be experiencing a particularly challenging period in your life. I can help you become more aware of and improve upon areas such as negative self talk, boundary setting or speaking up for yourself.

THE BENEFITS

After each session you may experience feeling more calm and less anxious or worried. You might not be so focused on what has gone on in the past and instead of only seeing the obstacles in your life, you may become more optimistic.  

Physical issues may also start to resolve such as improvements in joint or muscular aches and pains.

You may also feel more empowered, more confident and less inclined to compare yourself to others or people please. 

On occasions, you may notice improvements in or changes within one or more of your relationships.
